To agree the capital strategy

Decision:

The Leader requested that the Strategy made a clear distinction between the £15m Capital Maintenance Programme which was the asset managed lead resurfacing programme and the £1m reactive Plane and Patch Programme budget.

 

RESOLVED:  With the caveat above, Cabinet RECOMMENDED the Capital and Investment Strategy to County Council.
